HELIA

HELIA is a platform for a medical analysis laboratory. The patient, the doctor and the lab team each have their own space, built around the same results — from the doctor's lab order to the specimen, the published result and the invoice.

The patient who gave the sample, the doctor who prescribed the tests, and the laboratory team who produced the result. Each needs something different from it. Without one system, the same result travels as a paper slip, a PDF by email and a phone call, and each copy can fall out of step. HELIA gives each reader a space of their own, all working from the same patient record.
